Dr. Rudra Aryal

Dr. Rudra Aryal is a distinguished scientist, social entrepreneur, and philanthropist with a deep commitment to improving education and opportunities in Nepal. Born in the midwestern part of Nepal, Dr. Aryal has never forgotten his roots and has dedicated his career to finding innovative ways to support the school system in his home country.

Dr. Aryal received a scholarship to complete his education in Nepal before pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics in the United States, which he completed in May 2012. He is currently a Professor of Physics at Franklin Pierce University, where his research focuses on transboundary air pollution, atmospheric dynamics, and air quality.

In addition to his academic work, Dr. Aryal is an active member of the EN2.0 board of directors, where he provides valuable insights and guidance on the organization's mission and strategy. His expertise and commitment to making a positive impact on the world around him are reflected in his involvement with EN2.0, and we are grateful for his contributions to our team.

Outside of his professional work, Dr. Aryal enjoys reading books, hiking, driving, traveling, and doing community service.

 

Laura Walters

Laura Walters is a dedicated educator and renewable energy expert with a passion for sustainable living. Her interest in renewable energy was sparked in high school, where she interned at Solar Now, the precursor to Education Now 2.0.

With over a decade of experience in instructional design focused on solar electric systems, Laura has worked with multiple non-profits, teaching people around the world about sustainable lifestyles and empowering them to make a real impact on the environment. Her international development background and solar education expertise make her a valuable asset to EN2.0's mission of global stewardship through education.

As an active member of the EN2.0 board of directors, Laura brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our organization. Her dedication to renewable energy and sustainable living is reflected in her contributions to our team, and we are grateful for her involvement and support.

Melissa Bilentschuk

Melissa Bilentschuk is an accomplished English Language Arts teacher with a passion for education and community involvement. After a 30-year career in finance, Melissa embarked upon her teaching career, bringing a unique perspective and wealth of experience to the classroom.

Currently teaching at D.L. Beckwith Middle School in Rehoboth, MA, Melissa is certified to teach both English Language Arts and History (5-8). Her teaching style combines informative content with skills-based learning, helping students become more aware of the impact individuals have had on the world and how they can personally influence it.

Melissa is a passionate advocate for EN2.0's mission of changing the world through philanthropic endeavors, civic education, and character development. She believes that the function of education is to teach students to think intensively and critically, and that intelligence and character are equally important goals of true education.

As an active member of the EN2.0 board of directors, Melissa brings her expertise and passion for teaching to our organization. Her dedication to education and community involvement is reflected in her contributions to our team, and we are grateful for her support.

Paul Weiss

Paul Weiss is an accomplished marketing consultant with a passion for education and housing opportunities. With years of experience working with iconic brands, Paul brings a unique perspective to the EN2.0 board of directors.

As a graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, where he was twice elected graduate student trust fund manager, Paul has taught courses at UMass and at Stonehill College. His expertise in marketing and education make him a valuable asset to the EN2.0 team.

Paul's interest in providing educational and housing opportunities to facilitate personal security and mobility aligns perfectly with EN2.0's mission. His unique viewpoint and dedication to making a positive impact on the world make him an invaluable member of our team.

Wendy B. Davis

Wendy B. Davis graduated magna cum laude from Boston College Law School in 1985 and has since had a distinguished career in the legal profession. She has worked at the law firms of Hamblett & Kerrigan in Nashua, New Hampshire, Peabody & Brown and Bingham and Dana & Gould in Boston, Massachusetts. Additionally, she has taught courses at Suffolk University Law School, the Appalachian School of Law (where she served as Dean of Students in 2002-2004), Roger Williams University School of Law, Albany Law School, and University of Connecticut School of Law. Wendy is licensed to practice law in Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

Wendy has been published in numerous esteemed journals, including the Columbia Business Law Review, American University Law Review, and the University of Texas Journal of Civil Liberties. She has also authored casebooks, such as Aviation Law: Cases and Problems, and Mergers and Acquisitions: Cases and Problems, both of which were published by William S. Hein & Co.

In addition to her legal accomplishments, Wendy is an active member of her community. She serves on the boards of Friends of Thailand, Bristol Garden Club, and Rhode Island Tree Council, and was awarded a Golden Hammer by Habitat for Humanity. Wendy is also a returned Peace Corps volunteer.
